GIRLS NIGHT DIM SUM PARTY

SPECIAL GIRLS NIGHT, DIM SUM AND SAKE PARTY

I'll come over and prepare dim sum, steamed and deep fried Asian style dumplings.


CHICKEN-PORK-TOFU Fillings

Mandu (Korean style) aka as "half moons" poached or deep fried

Won Tons (Chinese style) poached or deep fried

Manapua (Chinese buns) steamed or baked
This has to be done from scratch because the bun dough needs to be worked this will cost more

Lumpia (Filippino style egg rolls) deep fried
1. Vinegar and garlic herb sauce; 2. Sweet chili sauce; 3. Fish sauce with lime juice

FRIED RICE- Wok seasoned fried rice with bits of pork or chicken or tofu with veggies

STEAMED VEGGIES WITH ASIAN DRESSINGS steamed yams, potatoes, carrots, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts in a creamy soy sauce mirin garlic and ginger dresssing

SEAFOOD SOUP Organic veggie broth filled with crab meat, scallops, and white fish, topped with lots of available greens

NOTE: I will not serve any alcohol, the host is responsible for any adult beverages being offered to their guests. I can only suggest what types of drinks that will go nicely with the meals.
