There's nothing like fresh sauces, if done right it tastes much better than store bought sauces. However if you don't have the time to make a fresh sauce of any kind, then store bought is good, we all use it at times, in fact most of the time.
One classic sauce, or dressing, which ever you want to call it is mayonnaise. Mayonnaise is a sauce, or …dressing that can add flavor to other sauces, or to dress up a sandwich, but in this video it is just making mayonnaise from scratch.
