CAROL'S GLUTEN FREE ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

Carol's All Purpose Gluten Free flour, is today's product of the day. If you suffer from any gluten induced allergies, celiac patient, or just want to eliminate gluten from your diet, and you are a total foodie chef in your kitchen, Carol's seems to be that Yay Yay flour for you.

Skimming through the latest issue of of SIMPLY GLUTEN FREE MAGAZINE (Sept-October) 2017, this product stood out. Why? It's good to keep up on new products or products that I'm not familiar with. According to the ad, this product is gluten free but can be used cup for cup just like the regular a.p. flours on market. Trained chefs supposedly put this product through rigorous tests for several weeks, concluding that this flour holds up and does not sacrifice flavor. If someone hires me to cook for them any gluten free meal that needs flour, I'll try this out.
