SIMPLE SCRAMBLE RECIPE

Here's a simple scrambled egg recipe for your family of 2-4. All you'll need is a 12" nonstick pan, and some cooking oil, and some simple ingredients here to follow.

Ingredients:

7 large eggs beaten (and set aside)
1/4 cup of whole milk (and set aside)

1/2 small red onion minced
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes

1 tbsp fish sauce (nam pla or patis)
Salt and Pepper to taste

1. Heat up a little oil in the pan over medium high heat, after about three minutes, add in the red onions and stir fry for about 2 minutes, then add in the green onions and tomatoes, stir fry for about 1 1/2 minutes.

2. Add the whole milk to the beaten eggs, and stir quickly, then add to the pan. Cook the eggs with all of the ingredients in pan until it starts to settle, then scramble with a rubber spatula, do not overcook.

3. Add in the fish sauce and stir for about 30 seconds, add salt and pepper to taste, and then plate it.

Serve with toast, potatoes, or rice.

Happy Grines!!!!
