Here is a very simple recipe using chicken, and guess what no salt.
1 large chicken breast, skin off, bone off.
1 tbsp. of Spike (salt free)
1 tbsp. fresh black pepper
1/2 of olive oil
1/2 cup of crushed strawberries
2 crushed garlic
1 bay leaf halved
1 tsp. sage
1 orange of its juices
Preheat grill to medium high.
Sprinkle spike and fresh black pepper over the breast, add more if you want this is just a guide.
In a small bowl, add in the olive oil, garlic, bay leaf, sage, mix it. Then add in the breast, and let it marinate for about 30 minutes.
Grill each side about 5 -7 min. each or until cooked through, slice breast in half, and take the fresh organge juice and pour it over the chicken halves. Serve with unsalted mashed potatoes.
