Trying to educate people on eating healthy and what is going on in the food business, well... it's a hard gig, I am not an expert, and don't have the time to delve into any person's health issues, but if you are serious on educating yourself on cooking and eating healthy, there is more to it than buy your food and cooking it, or not cooking it (raw foods are in).

Politics are involved in farming, there are chemicals that I would not touch that are being used to grow crops, educating yourself on eating right is much deeper than going to the market, you have to be aware of what is going on in the world with food. Also having the thoughts that there are people who can't eat period because their resources are dried up, where there is zero water to be drilled out of wells, or food contamination has hit live stocks.
