Maui Mexican Foods, where can you get some really good Mexican food on this rock? Actually there's a few places that make decent Mex, and if you are on the West side, Lahaina, Kaanapali, Kahana, Napili, and Kapalua, here are some of the places that's pretty good for the money.
Amigo's in the Wharf Cinnema Center downstairs, they do have a great happy hour, yes they serve alcohol, and the food is good too.
Moose McGillycuddy's on Front Street has Taco Tuesdays, and that's good too, they got all the sports bar stuff you'd want, the big screens for the big game during the week, and beers, they do have beers.
Maui Taco's in Lahaina Square, and in Napili, they have good Mexican take out, sorry no brewskies, but the food is good and on the healthy side.
Tiajuana's in Kaanapali, more of a full service restaurant, food is good there also.
So take your pick if you are on the West side of Maui.
Or if you have a condo, shop for your food and make your own Mexican food. Most of the markets do sell Mexican items.
Buy a package of tortillas, chop up some tomatoes, lettuce, onions, jalapenos, get some avos, sour cream, shredded cheddar, and get some beef like some chuck or brisket, season it with some chillies and stew them up in a pot, shred the meat, heat up some tortillas, fill em up with the other items, wrap it up and make some killer burritos.
