1 tsp. of fresh cilantro minced
1 tsp. of garlic powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. of onion powder

1 tps. of sea salt

2 large kale leaves.

5. When the steamer is nice and hot, place it in the basket, cover and steam for 7 minutes, remove and let it rest, uncover after 3-4 minutes, and serve with brown rice or quinoa.

Tip: to enhance this, in a small bowl, add 1 tsp. of soy sauce with 2 tsp. of water.
