Maui- Stir Fried Shrimp w/ Spicy Onions

Here's a recipe that's very simple, a friend of mine turned me on to this, and is so simple. You'll need a seasoned wok, a stove that can create a hot surface of the wok and these simple ingredients.

Oil for stir frying
1 tsp. minced ginger
1 tsp. minced garlic
7 oz. of cleaned shrimp

1 small round sweet Maui Onion thinly sliced
1/4 cup of chopped green onions
4 oz. of thinly sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup of vinegar
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1/8 cup of Sriracha hot sauce
2 tbsp. of raw sugar

1. Heat up your wok super freeking hot! With oil garlic and ginger.
2. Cook the shrimp really fast, when it turns slightly pink, remove it right away and put it on a plate.
3. Add more oil into your wok, heat up real hot, add in the onions, and cook for about a minute, then add in the mushrooms, and cook until soft, add in the vinegar, soy sauce, Sriracha, and raw sugar, cook well, toss and turn.
4. Add in the shrimp to the wok, and toss around for a minute, heat it up real good don't over cook the shrimp or it'll turn to rubber.
Serve with white rice and enjoy.
