For you vegetarians, how about Tempura Vegetables? Easy to do, we'll cut out all animal meats, lots of fresh raw vegetables, and maybe some steamed noodles, and some veggie dumplings? Japanese dinners are simple and quite healthy, also very popular where I used to prepare meals is Tofu Tempura, at Down To Earth Natural Foods, this was a very popular replacement to Shrimp Tempura. But if you can eat animal products, then we can tempura beef, shrimp, fish, pork whatever.
