Bulgar A Grain That Heals

What is bulgar? It is a cracked wheat grain, it is dense in digestion-enhancers, filled with fiber, that keeps blood cholesterol low, is a great source for vitamins B1, B2, B3; copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, protein, and fibers like I mentioned. B vitamins are great for energy as well as keeping the cells clear of any bad inhabitants that enters the blood stream and tissues, also to maintain the nervous system.

Bulgar is not a good grain if you or anyone suffers from wheat or gluten allergies.

To cook bulgar it is simple, for 1 cup of bulgar, place it in a bowl, and add in about 1/2 to 3/4 cups of boiling hot water, and let it sit for about 30 minutes. It'll soften, and you can add this to veggies that are stir fried, and season  with your favorite seasonings.
