EXPENSIVE ADDITIVES TO YOUR SMOOTHIE IS A LOT OF B.S.

I've tried those add ins to the morning smoothie, those expensive crap companies claim you'll have exceptional energy and all that!

Here's the deal, and listen up. If you have a blender all you will need is real fruit, all naturally grown as can be, organic if can be, some good quality liquid to help break it up in the blender, and you should have God's natural nutrients in there, all this expensive crap people buy is all about marketing and getting brained washed, and padding investor wallets while making your paycheck shrink, c'mon!!! Wake up!

Someone tried putting some stuff in a simple banana smoothie for me, I drank it and I did not feel any different except maybe a quick jolt leaving me to believe that the FDA got paid off from these additive companies labeling caffeine something else. Look I've worked in natural foods stores before in their delis, if anything add in some wheat grass, or Spirulina.

Fact: A lot of food additives claiming all natural is not. If a company has a percentage of all natural to artificial it can be labeled as such. So keep your smoothies au naturale.

Spirulina helps the immune system, it helps you recover from injuries, illness, it helps all of your vital organs naturally. It is not an herb, it is a bacteria found in fresh water ponds and rivers. Check it out at your closest natural food bar.

Stay away from spending on those expensive crap that claims good things will come your way. Do it naturally.
