Enjoy this Youtube video on how to filet a mahi mahi, if you don't know how to cut up whole fish, it's a great skill to have, and you can actually save money by purchasing whole. For instance watch this chef as he filets the mahi mahi, but, he could actually use most of the fish parts for other applications, such as the bones could be added to water and by boiling it, creating a mahi mahi stock.
